Will this phone work with my network provider?
Yes, an unlocked device will work with all Canadian network providers, In fact you can also use your unlocked phone abroad. Our phones are not tied to any contract or a phone plan. You can use your existing plan on these phones by simply inserting your “live” nano SIM card into the phone.
What’s the battery health in these devices?
We make sure all of our devices last a day of typical usage with each charge. Each phone is tested to have a minimum of 83% of its original battery capacity and if a battery does not meet this standard then we replace it with a brand new, third-party battery.
Will I get a repaired phone?
That is a possibility! If we find any issue while testing the device, we will repair the phone to ensure that it is fully functional. we use top quality, OEM spec replacement parts for repairs and they work just as well as parts from the manufacturer. On newer iPhone models, this could mean that you might see a message in your phones settings, saying that a part is not a genuine Apple replacement.
Where do you get your phones from?
We get our inventory from customers trade ins, corporate buybacks and carrier auctions. All phones undergo rigourous testing by our highly experienced and trained staff, these phones are , sanitized and graded to be sold at our online store.
