Returns & Refunds Policy

Not only do we offer reasonable prices and service, but we stand behind fair and ethical practices. If after receiving your item and you decide not to keep it, we ask that returns be made within 90 days of the items receipt. 

We’re glad to help with returns for repairs, replacements, or refunds within the designated timeframe. To begin, please contact our support team at help@need-a-phone.ca. We’ll go over the specifics of your return and collaborate to find a suitable solution. Once you’re prepared to send back your device, we’ll issue a prepaid shipping label or a Return Merchandise Authorization, and we’ll cover the return shipping fees within Canada.

Please keep in mind that replacements are based on availability. If we don't have an exact replacement, we'll do our best to recommend a similar product or provide options for repair or refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition. Our 90-day warranty does not cover accidental or physical damage, so we cannot accept returns for devices that display any signs of damage. If you need help with an out-of-warranty repair, we can provide a repair quote or suggest local repair services.

If it looks like your phone was damaged in shipment and the device has signs of physical damage, please send us an email at help@need-a-phone.ca within 2 days of receipt so we can have the carrier investigate immediately. Please keep all the original packaging and avoid setting up the phone. Our team will provide you with further instruction
