To trade in your device, visit our Trade-In page and follow the simple steps. Start by selecting your Device Type, then choose the Brand, Model, Color, and Storage of your device. Finally, select the Condition that best matches your device. We provide clear condition descriptions to help you choose accurately. Once all details are selected, the system will instantly show you the amount you will receive for your device.

After confirming your trade-in value, you will be asked to fill out your address information so you can receive your free shipping label.

Once your information is submitted, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your shipping label and complete instructions on how to send in your device. After we receive and inspect your device, your payment will be processed promptly.

We offer two main payment options on our website: E-Transfer and PayPal. When submitting your trade-in, simply select your preferred payment method and provide the required details.
