Things to consider
This generation uses the Lightning connector rather than USB-C, so it will not share a cable with newer phones, tablets or laptops. The 2815 mAh battery is modest by current standards and heavy users may want a top-up by the evening. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired listening needs an adapter or a Bluetooth set, and storage cannot be expanded later. It takes a nano-SIM or an eSIM.
Is the iPhone 12 a good buy?
