📅 Your coverage must be active
The plan runs for one year from the day your phone arrived. We’ll check your order when you submit.
🛡️ One claim per year
You get a single repair or replacement during your coverage year. A battery replacement counts as that claim.
💰 A deductible applies
Based on what you paid for the phone. We cover parts, labour and shipping beyond it.

We’ll confirm the exact amount when we approve your claim, and send you a secure invoice.

Everything marked * is required. Once you submit, reply to our confirmation email with photos of the damage — that’s usually all we need to approve a claim.
Three steps, no runaround.
We confirm your coverage
We check your order and IMEI, confirm the claim is covered, and tell you your exact deductible.
You pay the deductible
We email you a secure invoice. Nothing else to pay — parts, labour and shipping are on us.
Fixed or replaced
Ship it to us or drop it by our Winnipeg location. If we can’t fix it, we replace it.
