After having bad luck with a refurbished i-Phone from Amazon I was very lucky to find Need-a-Phone. I reviewed their listings for a refurbished iPhone 13 mini and was delighted with the result. My phone arrived a bit earlier than I expected. When I set it up and transferred my data I found that the battery health was actually significantly higher than the minimum in their specifications. It was in great physical condition as well, with no scratches and a pristine screen. The cost was very close to the one from Amazon that I had to return. Need-a-Phone met or exceeded all of my expectations. My next order for a phone will be with them for sure!
I received my phone writhing a few buisiness days of ordering it. Communication with need-a-phone was prompt and courteous. The phone arrived in pristine condition and battery was at 100%. I even received a follow up email to be sure everything was satisfactory.

Need-a-phone is excellent for supplying newish iPhones! I was looking at Amazon for a different iPhone! But the reviews weren’t that good for the one I wanted, so Facebook displayed need-a-phone! I was sceptical but checked out the company and found great reviews and BBB cert! So selected an excellent rated iPhone 13 at a great price and ordered on a Sunday and received Tuesday morning in Edmonton! I am very pleased with the condition, operation, battery life and ordering process! All very very good! Overall I would highly recommend Need-a-phone for anyone wanting a newish phone with no high contracts(I have a BYOD with Shaw/Rogers)
