Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and general support.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Provide information about smartphones, accessories, and available services.
- Support order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and technology is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
